Accounts administration (MYOB)

Invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, expense processing and financial record keeping, all in MYOB. I have used it for years across real businesses, not a weekend course. If your books are behind, I'll get them current and keep them there.

Overdue accounts and debt collection

This is the job most owners put off, and it costs them. I follow up overdue accounts by phone and email: firm, polite, persistent. In my last role the receivables I chased came in, and the customers stayed. You get paid without burning the relationship.

Office administration and data entry

Correspondence, filing systems, records management, spreadsheets, supplier orders, whatever keeps the place running. I managed office operations for over two decades at Coles Myer in Albury, then supported the team at Aero Refuellers for thirteen years. Most of what an office needs day to day, I have done before.

Straight with you

I'd rather be straight than oversell. MYOB is my strong suit, and I've used it for years in real day-to-day work. Word, Excel and Outlook I use every day and get the job done. Anything new, I'm always happy to learn it, and I usually pick things up quickly once I understand how a business runs.
